Lance Stephenson has a clear message for young basketball players: don't consider him a role model.
The NBA veteran-turned-BIG3 star spoke with TMZ Sports at LAX on Monday, addressing his recent on-court fight that led to a suspension from Ice Cube's league.

Stephenson threw punches during a heated moment between the LA Riot and Miami 305, resulting in an ejection and a forfeit after his team ran out of players.
He called the punishment "definitely fair" but said he's now focused on winning a championship.

Known for getting under opponents' skin, Stephenson hopes kids won't follow his example after his latest scrap.

"All the young players -- don't follow what I've just been doing. It's all about having fun and enjoying the game," Stephenson said.
He admitted to making "a couple of mistakes" and plans to heed his own advice going forward.

When asked about rumors of LeBron James joining Stephen Curry on the Golden State Warriors, Stephenson gave a surprising response.
