Kate Middleton scaled three of the highest mountains in the United Kingdom within 24 hours over the weekend, taking part in the National Three Peaks Challenge.

The royal, who was diagnosed with cancer in March 2024 and announced she was in remission the following year, shared her experience on Instagram.
In her post, Kate wrote that each year thousands of people hear the devastating news of a cancer diagnosis, which brings physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual challenges affecting every aspect of life.
