LaVar Ball is facing a new legal battle over unpaid renovations to his home, including a basketball court.

A contractor, MD Steel Inc., filed a lawsuit claiming Ball owes more than $200,000 for work done on his mansion.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the total cost of the project was around $970,000.

Ball reportedly paid about $750,000 but never settled the remaining balance.

The company is now seeking $221,928 in unpaid labor expenses.

The basketball court was installed at Ball's 15,000-square-foot home, which features eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

This lawsuit adds to Ball's recent personal troubles. He announced his separation from his wife of 30 years, Tina Ball, during a podcast appearance.
