In an old interview, LeBron James is asked who would win in a one-on-one matchup between him and Kobe Bryant. Without hesitation, the Miami Heat star responds that he would prevail against anyone.
Even so, the GOATs’ softest-spoken player continued by stating that he is a team player and that the game is a team effort. Furthermore, he asserted that despite our best efforts, we would never witness two superstars engaging in combat.

Kobe Bryant Was Confident He D Not Lose to Anyone 1-On-1
Anyone would think they could defeat anyone in a one-on-one match after scoring 81 points against 5 men in a 48-minute basketball game while not even playing the entire game.
But in his final NBA game, Bryant also scored 60 points. That practically should disprove anything he claimed to have accomplished throughout his 20-year career, even defeating LeBron James or Michael Jordan.
Only Wilt Chamberlain has more 60-point games than Bryant had in his career, with six. However, we are aware that it is not a match since Kobe was too quick and an excellent shooter for a large man, even the best of them.
