An ex-rugby player who briefly played for the San Francisco 49ers was recently convicted guilty of sexual assault against a woman in 2018. Jarryd Hayne was on trial for the same offense for the third time.
In connection with the 2018 assault, a jury in Sydney, Australia, found him guilty of two counts of engaging in sex without consent. After a woman disclosed that she had been hurt as a result of his assault on her in September 2018, he was detained in November 2018. He was then accused of engaging in aggravated unconsented sex.

Hayne, a well-known rugby player from Australia, entered a not guilty plea to one count of aggravated sexual intercourse without consent but was convicted guilty of both charges.
The woman informed the court that she was unwilling to interact with Hayne. Even though she yelled “no” and “stop,” the prosecution contended that Hayne assaulted her.

The claims had been refuted by the former National Rugby League player. He said that what happened between them was mutually agreed upon. He also mentioned that the injuries were brought on by an accident. He reportedly said,
“I’d rather go to jail knowing I said the truth than be a free man living a falsehood.” It’s unfortunate and depressing. Yet, they have ultimately made their decision. I honor that. The case sheds light on Jackson Mahomes and Aspen Vaugh’s long conflict over ownership of the Aspens Restaurant and Bar.

Patrick Mahomes Brother Is Under Investigation for Allegedly Assaulting a Restaurant Owner
The QB’s brother is the subject of a criminal inquiry for forcibly kissing the proprietor of Aspens Restaurant and Bar. In addition, Jackson Mahomes was charged with assaulting a restaurant waiter bodily.
The police received surveillance footage from Vaughn. The assault was captured on camera as it was happening. She added that following the incident, she and her husband had Mahomes and his buddies removed from the restaurant.

Jackson’s attorney, however, asserted that Patrick’s younger brother had done nothing wrong and that they were looking for sufficient proof to disprove Vaughn’s allegations. It will be fascinating to watch how the court rules in the end as the investigation is still underway.
