A novel vehicle is introduced to the LS Car Meet in the most recent GTA Online Weekly Update. The Jeep from GTA Online has replaced the Pegassi Torero as the prize vehicle. This week, those who have the patience to fulfill specific prerequisites can unlock The Vapid Winky for nothing. The Prize Ride unlock requirement for the week of January 26–February 1, 2023, is listed below.

Prize Ride Challenge: Win Three Straight Days of Street Races.
Players will save GTA $1,100,000, or $825,000 at its trade price, by winning the Winky through the Prize Ride Challenge. The Ford GPW and the Willys Jeep, often known as the Willys MB, served as inspiration for the Winky.
The Winky was initially discovered on Juan Strickler’s (El Rubio) private island when visiting as a party guest and was added as part of the Cayo Perico upgrade. The Warstock Cache & Carry website now allows players to purchase their own Winky if they so desire.’
The Winky’s performance is average at best. AWD Jeep with three seats has a meager top speed of only 72 mph (115.87 km/h). Because of this, the Winky serves only as a novelty piece to fit a theme or finish a collection. The Winky is unarmored, slow, has no windows, and has no roof to protect its occupants, so even cruising around Los Santos is a death sentence in it.
The Winky, however, might be useful to people looking for a fun, World War II-era Jeep for role-playing or other activities.
