It is no secret that Draymond Green has transitioned from being one of LeBron James’ toughest foes to one of his biggest supporters. He has been pushing for the Lakers to win the NBA championship this season after the Warriors were eliminated from the playoffs, which has irritated fans.
Numerous fans have been mocking Green as a result. The Warriors star evidently had enough of the abuse because he responded to everyone on Twitter.

It is clear that supporters are tired of Draymond’s current kumbaya attitude toward LeBron James. But how did the star of the Warriors react to it?
Draymond Green is often quite vocal about all of his beliefs, but up until this point, he has been relatively quiet. The individual appears to have grown weary of the criticism he has received for having a relationship with LeBron James in one form or another. After receiving numerous blows, he eventually posted this tweet.

Naturally, Green avoided being too direct and spoke about his dual roles as a top athlete and a community leader (with reference to his podcast). He attempted to silence the fanboys after tiring of their disrespect.
As it typically happens, the NBA fan base did undoubtedly go too far on some level. But how off-base are they really? After all, Draymond Green‘s future in the NBA isn’t exactly bright given how uncertain it is.
What Does Draymond Green S Future Hold?
According to his current deal, Draymond Green has a player option to sign with the Warriors for an additional season, at a cost of $27.6 million. Despite the fact that the Warriors would find this to be extremely convenient, the superstar has not declared that he will choose that course of action.
There are currently three pathways in front of Green. He has the ability to choose between his $27.6 million player option and his player option. Green has the option to leave the Dubs completely and test the free-agent market, or he may opt-out and then decide to sign a brand-new contract with the Warriors.
DG has stated that he wants to be a Warrior for the rest of his life, but he has also stated that his agent, Rich Paul, will advise him on the best course of action moving forward.
