In his long career, Shaquille O’Neal has garnered a number of honors. Big Diesel is a winner, period, whether it’s winning in the NBA or winning on-screen. The Emmy, on the other hand, is the one trophy he’s never come close to taking home. The big man has a chance to alter that this year.

But Big Shaq doesn’t think he’ll take home an Emmy. He also holds Charles Barkley accountable. He stated:
Never will I win that prize. Don’t let me talk, Chuck. He keeps tripling or doubling. You recall that I yelled 1, 2, 3, 4, not 1, 2, 3, then I went back to 1. No, I won’t be receiving that Emmy. Do you understand the reason? Chuck keeps taking up all of my time when I might be doing much more! he is saying it again!
Nischelle then informed Shaq that Chuck and Kenny Smith had also received nominations for the same awards. Shaq stated, “I may lose,” without really responding to the same.
Shaq Once Lied About Winning Emmys
Shaq has received a number of Emmys thus far, but none of them are unique honors. Shaq was a part of the Inside the NBA team for 12 of its 17 Emmy wins. On the Big Podcast, Shaq revealed that he had directed an episode of Mo Better Skeeter during a game of Google Me.
Additionally, he asserted that the episode he directed was honored with an Emmy. Although he wasn’t called out for it, viewers who searched found no record of it whatsoever, proving that Big Diesel was caught lying.
The Big Diesel has the best potential to reverse perceptions and take home his first-ever solo Emmy awards this year.
