The Redmi K100 is already generating buzz with early specs shared by tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo.
The leak highlights a flat display between 6.8 and 6.9 inches with a high refresh rate, symmetrical dual speakers, a large linear motor, and IP68 dust and water resistance.
A 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor is also expected, offering faster and more secure unlocking.
Battery and performance
The most striking detail is the battery capacity, which could reach nearly 10,000mAh.
That would be about 3,000mAh more than the Redmi K90's 7,100mAh cell and even surpass the K100 Pro Max's 9,070mAh battery.
Under the hood, the phone is rumored to feature the first-gen Snapdragon 8 Elite chip with two 4.32GHz super cores and six 3.53GHz performance cores.
It also includes an Adreno 830 GPU and support for LPDDR5X memory.
A dedicated display chip is also mentioned, which could handle super-resolution upscaling and frame interpolation for smoother gaming.
No launch date has been confirmed, but the standard K100 is expected to arrive later this year after the Pro and Pro Max models.
