Biohacker Bryan Johnson, known for his extreme anti-aging protocols, has revealed he is living with an incurable autoimmune disease.
In a recent interview with TMZ, Johnson discussed his diagnosis of autoimmune gastritis, which he shared on social media last week.
Despite the irony of a man dedicated to defying age facing such a condition, Johnson's reaction is surprisingly positive.
“It’s wonderous,” he said, mocking critics who accuse him of playing god. He challenged them to say “I told you so” at his funeral.
According to Johnson, the disease has been progressing unnoticed for the past 10 to 20 years.
It now prevents his body from absorbing iron, B-12, and other micronutrients, which could lead to malnutrition and even cancer.
But Johnson remains undeterred.
He says the diagnosis only motivates him and his team to find a cure and continue their quest to defy death.
In the full interview, Johnson also discusses whether he still believes it's possible to live to 160 years old and his plans for his body after death.
