Two upcoming Vivo smartphones, believed to be next-generation flagship devices, have passed radio certification in China.

The models, carrying numbers V2606A and V2609A, appeared in the SRRC database, signaling an imminent launch.

Both devices support the n79 5G band and feature ultra-high refresh rate displays, placing them in the premium segment.

They are likely part of the Vivo X500 series or the iQOO 16 lineup, though official names remain unconfirmed.

The Vivo X500 series is expected to include multiple variants: X500e, X500, X500 Pro, X500 Pro Max, and X500 Ultra.

The X500e and X500 Ultra may debut in the first half of 2026, while the other models could launch in September.

The global version of the X500 Pro Max was recently spotted on Indonesia's TKDN certification platform, suggesting a global release is near.

Other X500 models have not yet appeared on global certification platforms.

Regarding the iQOO 16, its global version was previously seen in the IMEI database with model number I2601.

However, a recent report indicated that iQOO might skip the India launch this year. More concrete details are expected in the coming weeks.
